Tool Crier
We cry about AI tools so you don't have to.
Obsessive reviews, head-to-head comparisons, and pricing watch from people who've been billed for three tools simultaneously for four months and survived to document it.
Reviews
We use the tool for months, then tell you what we actually think. No press releases, no vendor demos.
Comparisons
Head-to-head. We pick a winner and explain why. We don't do "both are great for different use cases" copouts.
Pricing Watch
Who raised prices quietly. Who hid limits in the footnotes. Who dropped a tier without telling existing customers.

How we work
We buy our own subscriptions. No vendor comps. No "extended trial access" that gives us a premium experience you won't get.
A 14-day trial tells you the onboarding UX. We review after 3–6 months, when the novelty is gone and the cracks show.
Our verdict options are Recommended, Conditional, and Skip. We use all three. We earn commissions on Recommended. We still say Skip.
